About us
Michaniki Meletitiki was founded in 2008 in Thessaloniki and since then it has been active in Greece and abroad. It was created by a team of specialized engineers with experience in design, laying the foundations for the creation of a scheme with increased high-level capabilities. Along the way, it was joined by a multitude of new designers, providing services of excellent standards with consistency, responsibility and reliability. Specifically, it is active in the field of Public and Private Studies, specializing in the areas of Topographical, Architectural, Hydraulic, Transportation, Environmental, Structural and Electromechanical Studies, as well as Project Management and Technical Consultant services.
PERSONNEL
Michaniki Meletitiki employs a permanent scientific, technical and administrative staff of 120 people, whose specialization, training and experience have contributed decisively to its success. It is composed of fully trained and qualified engineers of multiple specialties, with considerable experience resulting from their long-term involvement in their areas of expertise. The highly trained staff has at its disposal innovative software programs and state-of-the-art surveying equipment, elements that guarantee the quality of the services offered. The company’s philosophy focuses on lifelong learning through systematic education and training programs, aiming to maintain the high level of people in all employment positions.
EQUIPMENT
Michaniki Meletitiki has and maintains all the necessary infrastructure needed for the correct and perfect execution of the works, according to the requirements of the customers. The company has Geodetic Stations of second accuracy (TRIMBLE S5 & TRIMBLE 5600), high precision spacecraft, laser scanner of second accuracy (TRIMBLE SX10), UAV Delair, GNSS Receivers (Trimble R3, R4, R8 & R12) and all accessories (tripods, tripods, javelins, etc.). State-of-the-art equipped computers, servers, plotters and field measurement instruments are used, and in combination with internationally recognized software applications it manages to have a complete and integrated result of high quality. The company also has off-road vehicles (4×4 Jeep) to meet the needs of the work.
QUALITY POLICY
Michaniki Meletitiki has established and implements a documented Quality Management System for the effective management of all its processes related to the quality of its services and customer satisfaction.
The Policy is based on the requirements and specifications defined by the International Standard ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015, as well as the requirements defined by relevant legislation concerning the Company and its activities. The scope of the Company’s Quality Policy is:

and is applied to all of the Company’s activities.
The certification of the Quality Management System of Michaniki Meletitiki is carried out in accordance with the inspection and certification procedures of TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) A.E. and is subject to regular surveillance inspections.
