MICHANIKI MELETITIKI CONSULTING ENGINEERS S.A. has designed and implements an Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 14001:2015, based on its needs and objectives and in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements of applicable Greek and European legislation.

Business Continuity Management System
MICHANIKI MELETITIKI CONSULTING ENGINEERS S.A. has adopted a Business Continuity Management System that ensures a holistic and systematic approach, taking into account its operational context, associated expectations and constraints, as well as the requirements of the International Standard ISO 22301:2019.
The purpose of this Business Continuity Policy is to provide a framework through which an effective Business Continuity Management System is established and maintained, ensuring that:
- Critical activities and supporting resources are identified and their interdependencies are recognized.
- The results of business continuity risk assessments and business impact analyses are considered in order to determine the most appropriate business continuity strategy.
- The system remains effective in achieving its objectives and fulfilling business continuity requirements while maintaining full compliance with ISO 22301:2019.

Anti-bribery Management System
MICHANIKI MELETITIKI CONSULTING ENGINEERS S.A. recognizes the risks associated with bribery and allocates all necessary resources for the development, implementation and maintenance of an Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 37001:2025.
The Company:
- Actively promotes a culture of integrity and zero tolerance towards bribery, setting the tone at the top and serving as a model of ethical conduct.
- Prohibits all forms of bribery, whether direct or indirect, as well as the acceptance of any form of bribe.
- Requires all employees to comply with applicable anti-bribery laws and regulations of Greece, the European Union and any other jurisdictions relevant to the Company’s activities.
- Encourages all employees to contribute to the identification, reporting and reasonable suspicion of any potential bribery incidents and prohibits retaliation, discrimination or adverse treatment against individuals who raise concerns in good faith.
- Is committed to implementing appropriate measures and allocating the necessary resources to prevent, detect and combat bribery.
- Raises awareness and provides appropriate training to its personnel through ongoing communication and educational programs relating to anti-bribery practices.
- Has established a dedicated Anti-Bribery Function, independent from operational activities, which reports directly to Management and is empowered and obligated to investigate potential bribery incidents, assess bribery risks and implement appropriate anti-bribery controls and measures.
- Imposes disciplinary measures in cases of bribery or non-compliance with the requirements of the Anti-Bribery Management System and reports violations of applicable legal requirements to the competent authorities where necessary.
The Company is committed to the continual improvement of its Anti-Bribery Management System and to the prompt management of nonconformities through root cause analysis and the implementation of appropriate corrective actions aimed at preventing recurrence.
All relevant records are documented, maintained and retained in accordance with the requirements of the Anti-Bribery Management System.
