The primary project is the construction of a kindergarten (social security building), located at the building block 2, K.M. 2008 of Gaion Kefalou, property of the Municipality of Kos, south of the settlement of Kefalos, at the Municipal Community of Kefalos, of the Municipal Unit of Iraklides, of the Municipality of Kos, of the Regional Unit of Kos, which belongs to the Prefecture of South Aegean. The area in which the Kindergarten is to be installed is ​​2,000.00 sq.m big and is located at an altitude of 115m. Access to the project will be from a road that will be opened for the needs of the Kindergarten.
